Untitled (Home), 2014-2015
My family has lived in the same house for multiple generations. During that time objects have been collected and passed down from mother to daughter, each object with its own story and memory. Only recently my mother mentioned her thoughts of restoring both the interior and exterior of this home. I have set out to document the space and the objects within it, in order to preserve my memory of them. To be able to look back at these photographs, so that one day, I will have my own collection of objects.

Untitled (Home Revisited) - 2015
My great-grandparents bought this house in 1932, and it has remained in my family. The house has changed, things have been added, removed, and refurbished as I grew up. I have become accustomed to the idea that the house would remain the same my whole life. This place has now become more of a presence of the things that are no longer there. It will be demolished and a new house will be built. This body of work is a tribute to my grandparents, and my great- grandparents; a reminder of our past and the place where we have shared our family memories.
